Book of quotes

Hey there!

Here in the Netherlands you have this party called Sinterklaas. It's a bit like Christmas: people give eachother presents. A few weeks before Sinterklaas I started screaming everywhere that I wanted notebooks. Maybe I should have done that a little less... I got 3 notebooks and a lot of note papers. Oops! But you can never, never, never have enough of them!

I'm already using two of the notesbooks and I use one of them for quotes. I call it 'Book Of Quotes' (it sounds a bit like Book Of Shadows :p). Look how cute it is! I got this one from my mom.

I think quotes are also art. I just love them. They're so beautifully written and most of the time so true. Here are some of my favourites.

Hey everyone!
So, this will be my artblog. From now on, I'll post my drawings, paintings and more here, but it's a bit too dark now to take pictures.

Hi, I'm Maaike and I'm fifteen years old. I live in the east of the Netherlands. I love symphonic metal and rockbands and you'll probably see a lot of drawings with them on it here! Some other things I love are food, playing the piano, being creative, writing, reading...
